The Right (Moose)Track

Have you ever discovered that you really like something that you’ve never given a second thought before?     I had never, until recently, paid any attention to the strange named ice cream called “Moose Tracks”  It just did not spark any interest to my taste buds.  Why?  I dunno, guess just the word moose in and of itself is just not appetizing.  Well, I am not too proud to admit I was very wrong.  I think it’s wonderful.  Little tid-bits of chocolate scattered through out the creamy vanilla ice cream…..mmm-mmmm!   Just goes to show you, you can’t judge a book by it’s cover, or,  ice cream either.  If you’ve never experienced the wonder that is moose-tracks, I highly recommend it.  Now that I’ve brought it to mind, it’s time to go devour a bowl!
